Ham Loaf

I know this sounds and kinda looks gross, but it is the best Easter entree ever! We even use the leftovers for sandwiches and it is yummy!


Ham Loaf

1 lb sausage
1 ½ lbs ham (ground)
1 c soda crackers
2 eggs
1 c milk
½ t. pepper

Grind ham, mix above ingredients together and form loaf.

Glaze
1 ½ c brown sugar
1/2 c vinegar
½ c water
1 T mustard

Mix together pour over ham loaf. Bake 2 hours at 325, baste often.
