Chicken Pot Pie
1 c chicken (cooked and shredded)
1 can crm of mushroom soup
2 cans crm of potato soup
1 c frozen veggies
2 pkgs biscuits/rolls
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t thyme
1/2 t salt
milk
Preheat oven to 350. Combine in mixing bowl soups and milk to make it creamy but not runny. Mix in veggies, spices, and meat. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 min. Place rolls/biscuits over mixture and bake until golden brown (~15 min).
*We usually add extra fresh vegetables, you could also use canned.
*We use only one pkg of biscuits and cut them in half to cover the mixture.
