1 box German chocolate cake prepared according to box directions
1sm can sweet and condensed milk
1 jar caramel sauce
1 med container of cool whip
crushed heath bars of toffee bits
Bake cake
Poke lots and lots of holes in cake right after it comes out of the oven
pour caramel and sweet and condensed milk over cake and chill
before serving spread cool whip and sprinkle with candy
